What does toddgo stand for?

toddgo is composed of toddler and go. From our point of view, this fits very well for a company that wants to improve family mobility.

What happens if something is stolen?

Please report any theft directly to the police. We take care of everything else.

Can I extend a rental period?

Basically yes. We give our best to be as flexible as possible. The sooner your decision is made, the greater the likelihood that the item has not yet been rented by a other customer.

Why is there no deposit?

We have only had positive experience so far and believe that it will continue to be so in the future. We want to make everything as easy as possible for you.

Are the articles heavily used?

All items will be checked, cleaned and disinfected upon return. Smaller usage traces such as scratches are possible.

Does toddgo calculate half days?

Your rental period refers to the calendar day. Delivery day and pick-up day are calculated as full calendar day.

Why does toddgo need my phone number?

Inquiries can often be clarified faster on the telephone. In addition, it is very helpful when handing over to public places.

What is freshly clean?

All rental items which will be dispensed have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. In principle, no children's items are given, in which we would not put our own children.

How does toddgo deal with my data?


Can the items be delivered?

No, unfortunately none of our partners offer delivery of children's items.

What are the rental items offered by toddgo?

toddgo offers exclusively items, which have been purchased for rental only. We have absolute trust in the brands and even positive experiences.

Can we take the articles abroad?

Absolutely. Many of our customers take children's items abroad. If e.g. would like to know whether Maxi Cosi Pebble is allowed to take on a plane, just contact us. We will be glad to help you.
