As early as 1972, Ms. Grochowina opened her small shop in downtown Pfaffenhofen. Over the years, the business grew steadily, which is why "Happy Baby" relocated to the industrial area of Pfaffenhofen in 2005. There, moms, dads and little explorers will find everything their heart desires on 1000 m2. "It was important to us to create a location that was accessible to all, allowing customers to survey the entire range and exude warmth. We get to know many of our clients before the birth of their babies and then accompany them until the children have entered school. We know some families for generations, because many who shop regularly today were already in business as children, "says owner Grochowina smiling.
Personal, honest, competent
The personal contact and good advice are crucial for the owners with their eleven employees: "We have over 50 different brands on offer. All staff members can guide the entire range and advise parents on finding the right product for them and their baby. "In addition," Happy Baby "has many additional offerings, such as baby carriage to birth reservation, stroller workshop, birth tables and loaner for complaint cases. For Grochowina, the product of the year is the Babymoov Nutri: "The appliance has five functions: steaming, pureeing, warming up vials and bottles, sterilizing and thawing. This makes it very easy to make healthy and tasty baby food. Also in terms of sustainability, I find it very valuable, because less waste is generated when dispensing with conventional jars."
Happy customers
At regular intervals special events take place in the shop. In the past, for example, cooking shows were held, carrying consultations offered, or the ACE Club was on the suburb with the car crash simulator. Interested parties can find information on current events and promotions on Facebook or on the website. But not only for the big customers there are special offers, also for the little ones. "We have lots of things for the kids to try, as well as a ballroom, a reading corner and various electric cars. So the offspring have fun while the grown-up can shop in peace ", explains Grochowina her concept. The decision to join toddgo was easy for the owners: "We have always been open to innovative ideas. For us, toddgo is an exciting, new approach, which also gives us the opportunity to get known beyond our region. "From now on, you can also rent highchair, child seats and baby car seats in Pfaffenhofen. In the conversation with the owners is clearly felt that their business is not just a profession, but vocation. Grochowina concludes: "We work in the most beautiful industry in the world, because our customers are already happy when they enter our business. Our goal is, of course, that our customers leave the business happier again. "
